Description We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Supervisor - Join Our Team in Carlisle, PA! Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for process improvement? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to support our Sr. Accounts Payable Manager and lead a dedicated team in managing full-cycle AP operations. ? What You'll Do: ✔ Lead and support the accounts payable team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. ✔ Oversee invoice processing, vendor account management, and payment schedules. ✔ Improve and implement AP procedures to enhance workflow and compliance. ✔ Train and develop team members to maintain high performance. ✔ Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements. ? What We're Looking For: ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills. ✅ Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel in an AP setting. ✅ Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively. ✅ Problem-solving mindset and commitment to process improvement. ✅ 5+ years of accounts payable experience (degree in accounting or business preferred). ?
