RESPONSIBILITIES As an IT Applications Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our users get the most out of Alera Group's technology platform. From running Office Hours to creating content, you'll lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. This role isn't just about fixing problems - it's about empowering our team to deliver top-notch technology to our end users.
QUALIFICATIONS
BENEFITS This role is a remote with some travel expectations. Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.
