Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Corporate Communications Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, the Corporate Communications Specialist is a key driver of system-wide communications, ensuring our 10,000+ employees are informed, engaged, and inspired by our promise, vision, and values. This highly visible position will aid in amplifying the Cook Children's brand, enhance our reputation, and contribute directly to attracting and retaining top talent, increasing patient referrals, and showcasing our exceptional culture. As a central point of contact for internal communications, the specialist will develop and execute strategic communication plans, campaigns, executive communications, and compelling content that resonates with a diverse range of stakeholders, including patient families, employees, physicians, executive leadership, and community members. The specialist will collaborate closely with various Cook Children staff to ensure timely and impactful content delivery. Qualifications:
