The ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County is seeking a Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources’ activities: organizational development, leadership development, recruitment and retention, compensation setting, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, policy development and adherence, diversity, equity and inclusion, new employee orientation, staff training, employee relations, collective bargaining and labor relations. The ADAMHS Board currently offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing employees to work two days from home and three days in the office each week following the completion of the probationary period. The salary for this position ranges from $72,922 to $124,946. Pay is commensurate with experience. The Board has the legal responsibility and authority for the provision of mental health and addiction treatment and recovery services and contracts with provider agencies to deliver services that assist clients on the road to recovery.
