Nurse Practitioner - Women's Health

ProMedica is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to join the team at the Women's Center in Toledo, OH

• Monday � Friday, 8:00 am � 5:00 pm (four hours per week for admin in office)
• OB/Gyn visits
  • Confirmation of pregnancy
  • Prenatal care & postpartum
  • Gynecology
    • Simple problem visits
    • Annuals
    • Menopause
    • Birth control including IUD and Nexplanon
    • Preconception counseling
    • Menstrual disorders
    • Other common gyn issues
• Practice currently has three OB/Gyn attending physicians that rotate through our office and are available 100% of the time, either in-person or via phone
• Onsite ultrasound with a full-time registered sonographer
• Currently employed 12 CNMs that rotate (3-4 CNMs onsite/day)
• Several ancillary services in the building�social work, financial advocate, care navigation, WIC, food clinic, lab, peds, adult medicine, etc

• Masters of nursing (MSN) degree
• Valid and unrestricted license or license eligible in the state of Ohio
• Certificate of Authority to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification
