With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retain and grow all accounts assigned to the Client Executive, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
- Meet with clients regularly to serve as the Sales Representative for coverage consultation, placement strategy, and service deliverables.
- Develop renewal placement strategies, lead pre-renewal meetings, manage marketing processes, and ensure proposal quality control.
- Ensure Propel's value proposition is consistently delivered to all assigned clients.
- Conduct client stewardship meetings, providing reports and exhibits generated by the team.
- Advise clients and service teams on coverage, risk exposures, and negotiate with carriers to address gaps and omissions.
- Audit client insurance placements for potential gaps, resolve inquiries, and manage customer issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manage sophisticated risk management accounts and utilize non-standard insurance techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of carriers, industry-standard coverage forms, and specific industries (e.g., Construction, Assisted Living).
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentations, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.
- Strong work ethic-timely follow-up, proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable with a self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with the team.
- Willing to travel frequently to client sites, attend training, and be available during non-core business hours, with reliable transportation.

Salary range is $150K to 275K per year.
