OVERVIEW Vital Incite, an Alera Group company, is looking to add an experienced Business Quality Analyst to their team. Alera Group was founded in 2017 and has grown to become the 15th largest broker of US business. We are passionate about our clients' success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. The Business Quality Analyst is responsible for the Business Analyst and Quality Assurance role. This position will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, and develop test plans, test case and perform testing of the applications. This position will work closely with Product, Strategy and Integration teams, create and organize development tickets in Jira, collaborate with architects and developers to deliver the features and enhancements as required by Vital Incite. The office is based in Indiana, but we're open to remote employees within the eastern time zone. RESPONSIBILITIES
