With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Renewals & Submissions: Meet with producers, set client expectations, complete renewal applications, and submit thorough proposals to carriers.
- Proposal & Quotation Analysis: Review carrier quotes, compare with EPIC schedules, and prepare professional proposals with premium comparisons.
- Policy & Endorsement Management: Request, review, and process endorsements, assist with complex endorsement requests, and ensure policy accuracy.
- Compliance & Contract Review: Handle COI compliance, order necessary endorsements, conduct contract/lease/bid reviews, and process Surplus Lines filings.
- Billing & Premium Management: Address receivables, manage invoicing complexities, secure financing, and resolve billing issues.
- Client & Carrier Relations: Maintain strong carrier relationships, attend meetings, understand market trends, and provide professional client follow-ups.
- Operational Responsibilities: Lead renewal meetings, oversee workload distribution, maintain certifications, complete training, and support team initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years in the insurance industry (agency preferred) with a valid state P&C Agent's License.
- College degree preferred; industry-related certifications/designations required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and agency management systems (Applied EPIC preferred).
- Strong understanding of commercial lines and policy coverage.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills with a solutions-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to perform Account Assistant duties effectively.

Salary range is $80K to 110K per year.
