Job Summary: BioMarin is seeking a Senior Alliance Manager to lead and manage BioMarin's strategic partnerships. The role will report to the Director, Alliance Management. You will be part of the team responsible for managing our strategic alliances and ensuring we are optimizing the value created with our current and future partners. This role serves as the main point of contact with our strategic alliance partners that you manage and works with the BioMarin leadership team to define and realize the objectives of our alliances. The new hire will gain exposure with cross functional groups (e.g. research, clinical development, regulatory, legal/IP, finance, and commercial) around the globe both within BioMarin and with our external partners. In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 132,200 to $ 198,400 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. |
