Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Cardiac Stepdown Shift: Third Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 36 Summary: The role of the Telemetry Technician is to continuously monitor record, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms, to communicate significant findings to medical and nursing staff, to demonstrate optimal knowledge of telemetry equipment and to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. The Telemetry Technician is to continuously monitor oxygen saturations and is to notify the bedside nurse of any changes in oxygen saturations. Education:
