CareFirst is seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Sr. Agile Program Manager to join our dynamic organization dedicated to delivering innovative Data and Analytics products for key stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate with technical agile teams and business stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and deliver complex, multi-faceted solutions. Your responsibilities will include navigating priorities, managing complex stakeholder expectations, driving execution, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This position plays a crucial role in supporting Data and Analytics as it transitions to Agile at Scale, requiring a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset to effectively manage risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Leads a team utilizing a matrix management system. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 10 years experience in a program operation role with 3 years in program management capacity. 8 years project management or program management experience in an Agile at Scale environment.
