Description Job Summary: The Sales Success Specialist will play a vital role in driving and enabling sales growth and customer satisfaction at Carlisle Architectural Metals. This position is responsible for supporting communication and engagement within the sales teams and rep groups, managing Territory Development Report (TDP) updates by brand and channel, and overseeing rep commissions and contracts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of the architectural metals business and a passion for ensuring great customer service.
