Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: Oversees various financial functions such as month end close activities, variance analysis, audit requests, and supporting team. Provides financial support to the business, including but not limited to journal entry preparation, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice preparation/review, balance sheet reconciliations, and supports team . Interfaces regularly with project managers, account managers and business area directors. Supports large and/or complex projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, related field or technical training OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
