We are a team, and we want to work with you. So, here's the details: Benefits you can count on: Pay rate: Training - $18.00 per hour - $21.35 per hour, with potential of additional pay incentives. The shift is Sunday, Monday, and Thursday starting at 7:00 am 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. Essential Job Functions: Select product and load truck using scan technology. Move product between the loading dock and warehouse. Shrink wrap and label selected orders. Work in multiple areas of the warehouse including dry, refrigerated, perishables, and freezer locations. When working in the freezer, McLane provides freezer suites, hats, and gloves. Clean spacious warehouse. Flexible, 4-day weekly schedule starting at 8am or 10am - be home with your family every night. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Prior experience with operating a reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift for one year Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
