Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Administration Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization's major support functions: Human Resources, Education and Training, Occupational Health, System Planning/Healthcare Analytics, Center for Community Health, Internal & External Communications, Cook Experience and Marketing. Plans, develops, and establishes policies, procedures, and systems to lead the support functions in accordance with the objectives of the health care system, to ultimately enhance the culture, team and patient & family experience of the organization. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in administrative leadership with 5-7 years of senior leadership in a major hospital system.
