Basic Function and Responsibility: Under supervision of the Department Chair, works with prospective, new and continuing students in both individual and group settings. Review and evaluate prospective students' applications to determine if qualifications have been met and to conduct interviews with the Chair. Coordinate with the Testing Center assessment testing for prospective students. Provide program and college information to students, and prospective students, reflecting accurate understanding of policy and procedures and assist students in exploring educational and career options. Coordinate recruitment and retention efforts with enrollment services and admissions. Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

Light lifting up to 10 lbs. and light carrying up to 10 lbs. Ability to reach above shoulder. Periods of time spent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending and stooping. Mobility to move from building to building on-Campus and to visit off-Campus entities. Work is performed in a general office environment and is sedentary in nature. Little or no exposure to adverse working conditions. Additional Information: Supervision Received: Administrative supervision received from the Division Dean. Functional supervision received for the department Chair. Supervision Exercised: None.
