Basic Function and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager of Enrollment Services, provides timely, accurate information and assistance to students, staff, and the Oakton community. Delivers comprehensive general information regarding all aspects of college procedures, programs, and services that pertain to the enrollment process. Responsible for registration of students in courses according to established guidelines which may require some judgment in the application of policies and procedures. Provides excellent customer service in a visible, high impact manner that directly influences enrollment goals. Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:

Additional Information: Supervision Received: Administrative supervision is received from the Manager of Enrollment Services. Supervision Exercised: Functional supervision exercised over student employees. HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 5:00 pm (Ability to work flexible hours at both the Skokie and Des Plaines campuses including some evening hours consistent with student needs). Allowable States for Out-of-State Employment: All employees must maintain their primary residence in Illinois, Indiana, or a reciprocal state with Illinois. Reciprocal states include Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Illinois has tax agreements with these reciprocal states. Employees may have their primary residence in Indiana since Indiana is adjacent to Illinois. |
