If you love a good challenge, you'll fit right in. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Carlisle, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of human resources activities designed to ensure an adequately trained, compensated and motivated workforce is available to meet the company's current and future organization needs. This role will report to the HR Manager and will support four plants located in Carlisle, PA. Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional need to work on other shifts to meet with employees, etc. Mon - Fri Job Responsibilities: Provide coaching and consulting to managers and employees in the areas of performance management, compensation, employee retention, workforce planning, leader and employee development, positive employee relations practices, policy development and conflict resolution. Serve as point of contact on human resources policies and procedures, responsible for guidance to all employees to ensure consistent adherence to these, and effectively support and foster the company's Open-Door Policy. Administer the employment function, including recruiting and screening of applicants, counseling managers in final selections and compensation, and coordinating employee onboarding. Facilitate the use of any temporary employment agencies and managing the job posting system for internal/external candidates in accordance with company and legal guidelines. Coordinate and conduct benefit open enrollment and assist employees with questions and changes.
