Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary: This position is responsible for independently setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a single designated piece of equipment or machinery, such as Shear, PNL, Turret, Brake Press, Robotic Cell, Cut-to-Length, Roll Forming/Seaming, Press Lock, or Welder/Paint Booth.
Key Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
- Independently set up, thread material through, and operate one assigned machine/equipment.
- Interpret and follow daily manufacturing work orders, noting material requirements and any special instructions.
- Assist with the operation of additional machines under supervision as needed.
- Support downstream activities, including product packaging.
- Band and palletize metal coils or sheets and label finished products accurately.
- Perform in-process quality checks using appropriate measuring tools to ensure correct dimensions and weights.
- Meet production targets while adhering strictly to all safety protocols.
- Set up and adjust slitter knives, spacers, and guide discs according to product specifications (roll-former only), including managing vertical/horizontal gapping and knife clearances.
- Make machine adjustments using observational and monitoring tools, ensuring ongoing quality and performance.
- Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and complete daily equipment inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Working Conditions: - Fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Elevated noise levels
Schedule: - Full-Time | 40 hours/week
- Multiple shifts available:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Flexibility required for potential overtime and weekend work
