Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE: This role will support the business and analytic needs for the Care Management Department to include Commercial Risk, MD Medicaid, DSNP, and Medicare Advantage. Utilizes data analytics and supports a set of business initiatives designed to help extract value from information. Develops data visualizations for analysis, problem solving, and business solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that makes an impact on our members and our communities using analytical thinking, data analysis, business acumen and project management skills to make a difference in healthcare outcomes and clinical operations. We are looking for an experienced professional to work remotely from within the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. The incumbent will be expected to come into a CareFirst location periodically for meetings, training and/or other business-related activities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience Experience: 3 years' experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics and/or database management systems. Licenses/Certifications Certified Business Intelligence Professional Upon Hire Preferred Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Upon Hire Preferred Preferred Qualifications:
