What You'll Do:

Assist with new hire onboarding - sending welcome emails, prepping swag bags, and coordinating orientations.
Schedule employee check-ins and track engagement touchpoints.
Help with I-9 verification, document tracking, and digital file management.
Respond to employee inquiries via our shared HR inbox and route issues to the right team members.
Maintain and organize personnel records and job descriptions.
Support our employee recognition program and intranet communications.
Pitch in on HR process improvements, updates to SOPs, and special projects.
Join team meetings and see what a collaborative HR team looks like in action.

What You Bring:

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in administrative support, customer service, or clerical work.
Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and written communication.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating HR systems (experience with HRIS or ATS is a bonus!).
