Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Coordinator - Cardiology - Mineola. In this role, the successful candidate assist the Clinical Manager with research related activities within the designated departments. Work on both pharmaceutical sponsored research and investigator initiated projects. Assist the clinical manager or research coordinator with regulatory and clinical aspects of research. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree In a related field. Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) - or - required within 1 (one) month of employment. 1-2 years of experience in the related area (ex. Pediatrics or Perinatal). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Database management and informatics. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Clinical Research Coordination. 1-2 years In a research environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, attention to detail. Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels. Dependable, self-directed and willing to take direction and initiative. Strong ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and strict adherence to task requirements. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $77,258.68 - $81,894.20 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
