OVERVIEW Alera Group is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our Financial Services team. This role will be remote. Alera Group is an independent, national insurance and financial services firm created in 2016 by merging 24 like-minded, high-performing, entrepreneurial firms. Our founding firms worked together to leverage powerful relationships, industry expertise, and resources to elevate the client experience. As the Salesforce Administrator for Alera Group's Financial Services division, you will help propel the phenomenal growth of our Wealth Management, Retirement Plans, and Insurance businesses by optimally configuring and strategically managing our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) instance to add significant value. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the expansion and optimization of a unified Salesforce CRM across Financial Services, fostering collaboration to drive value. • Administer and configure Salesforce solutions, including user access, permissions, workflows, and data models, to align with business needs. • Analyze business challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement scalable CRM solutions. • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and processes to enhance efficiency and improve the user experience. • Ensure data integrity by eliminating duplication and establishing a single source of truth within the CRM. • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making and strategic planning. • Provide ongoing user training, troubleshooting, and support to drive adoption and operational efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in a related field • 5+ years of experience effectively administering Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, or Salesforce Service Cloud, preferably within a financial services or related FinTech firm • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present materials to business leaders and serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team • Demonstrates business acumen and the ability to interact with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple divisions • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are needed in this role • Detail-oriented and adept at prioritizing and completing tasks in a fast-paced setting • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential BENEFITS The salary range is $90,000 to $120,000.
