As a pivotal leader within our team, you will spearhead the implementation of innovative and existing products and services within our work ecosystem. By harnessing user data and insights, you will reimagine our work environment to craft exceptional experiences that enhance collaboration and boost productivity. Your responsibilities will include developing processes for the continuous implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of our products. In this role, you will design testing plans, collaborate with development teams, and maintain a product roadmap informed by pilot outcomes and strategic objectives. Tools Skilled in SQL Skilled in Tableau Skilled in Excel Experience using JIRA Research and advise on design strategy for new products. Review the implementation process for new products. Identify opportunities for product improvements, as well as collect feedback from team and provide recommendations. Advise on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
