Job Overview The Principal, Organizational Effectiveness Strategy shapes and drives strategies that optimize structure, culture, and processes to deliver the Bold New Chapter strategy. This role collaborates closely with HRBPs and organizational leaders, leveraging their insights to design and refine initiatives that promote high-performing teams, elevate collaboration, simplify ways of working, and improve organizational agility. It requires a blend of strategic focus, strong partnership, and the ability to coach others to execute effectively, driving measurable and sustained impact. What You Will Do Shape and drive organizational effectiveness strategies that align structure, culture, and ways of working with business priorities. Collaborate with HRBPs & Senior Leaders to design and execute OE initiatives that drive consistency and foster high performing teams who embody our values. Elevate storytelling capabilities across the team, crafting & coaching others to create simple, compelling, and memorable narratives that promote understanding, meaningful discussion, and action. Act as a trusted advisor and collaborative problem solver, partnering with HRBPs and Talent COE colleagues to address challenges and co-create solutions Consult on approaches to streamline processes and ways of working to enhance efficiency, agility, and impact. Provide actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the team and organization. Role model a continuous improvement mindset. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. A data enthusiast, who leverages data to create clear, actionable insights. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
