Job Overview The Principal, Organizational Effectiveness Strategy shapes and drives strategies that optimize structure, culture, and processes to deliver the Bold New Chapter strategy. This role collaborates closely with HRBPs and organizational leaders, leveraging their insights to design and refine initiatives that promote high-performing teams, elevate collaboration, simplify ways of working, and improve organizational agility. It requires a blend of strategic focus, strong partnership, and the ability to coach others to execute effectively, driving measurable and sustained impact. What You Will Do
Organizational Effectiveness Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that align people, processes, and culture with organizational goals. Storytelling Excellence: Craft engaging and impactful narratives to communicate strategies, updates, and outcomes effectively at all levels. High-Performance Teams: Build and embed practices that enable effective collaboration, accountability, and agility. Change Leadership: Create strategies and tools to support adoption and sustained impact. Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with stakeholders to co-create solutions and address challenges. Process Optimization: Simplify ways of working and promote continuous improvement. Data-Driven Insights: Use metrics to measure success, refine approaches, and drive decisions. Influence and Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage and align diverse stakeholders to ensure buy-in and collective progress.
