Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a Senior Engineer in designing and developing advanced solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments. This includes coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications, as well as coaching and mentoring team members.

The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Senior Associate role offers you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care. You will deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Apply your advanced skills and knowledge to develop solutions for application and cloud support.
  • Understand the end-to-end performance of on-premises and cloud systems and various support frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions and lead the team in addressing identified issues.


The Experience You Bring to the Team

Minimum Required Experience:
  • 2 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Linux and Windows Server environments, both in AWS and on-premises.


Desired Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with large-scale Windows and Linux environments in on-premises and AWS.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical platforms in an on-call setting.
  • AWS/Linux/Windows certifications.


Skills
  • Proficient in system engineering and administration for Linux and Windows Server, with in-depth knowledge of SUSE, RedHat, and Windows server operating systems.
  • Skilled in AWS services such as EC2, SSM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
  • Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Python, and other programming languages.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment, with strong customer service skills, teamwork abilities, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.


Tools
  • AWS: EC2, SSM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
  • VMware, DELL VxRAIL, and CISCO UCS.
  • Python, Java.
