ABOUT THE FUND As the Fund continues to grow and refine the services and supports it provides to Baltimore City Public Schools, the Human Resources department has determined a need for a Part-Time Human Resources Manager. This role will report to the Senior Director, People and Culture. This role will provide payroll and benefits administration to a core staff of 17 based in downtown Baltimore, as well as to the Fund’s fiscal sponsorship clients, whose organizations represent over 100 full-time, part-time and seasonal staff working in educational non-profits throughout the metropolitan area, i.e., the Fund’s “co-employees.” WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? HOW IS TECHNOLOGY USED IN THIS ROLE? WHAT WILL YOU ACCOMPLISH IN THIS ROLE? • Payroll Administration. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing using ADP-Workforce Now. Ensures adherence to company policies and relevant regulations. Maintains accurate payroll records; resolves payroll issues as needed. Works with Finance to ensure payroll and finance systems are aligned to ensure accurate transfer of information and reporting. THE FUND VALUES THESE ABILITIES IN THE NEW LEADER IN THIS ROLE . . . • Demonstrated capabilities as an HR professional, reflected in a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (4) years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. If offered employment with us, the starting salary would be within this range based on how well your skill profile aligns with the duties of the position.
