Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Office Assistant - NYU Langone Cardiology Associates - Mineola *Afternoon Shift*. In this role, the successful candidate The Welcome Center Representative will be responsible for facilitating classes on health and wellness, supporting department projects, assisting with financial and tax documentation, and managing essential administrative tasks. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational skills, an interest in health education, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires someone proactive, with a talent for project management and the ability to work independently. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year previous experience in a health education, customer service or administrative role, with a focus on project management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software applications. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Additional education or certifications in health education, customer service, project management, or related fields is a plus.
