Navigate reporting systems to track and monitor data points, such as: customer fill rates, late loads, critical and item lists. Collect and compile data from multiple sources for review and action by the buyers. Review pending distribution reports. Publish (via print or email) specific reports for buyer and/or manager's review. Facilitate requests for UIN's as needed. Track opportunities communicated from distribution owners of divisions Perform job functions of Merchandising Order Clerk on an as needed basis. Other duties may be assigned MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Have High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Have 2 years college or equivalent business experience in Purchasing and/or Accounting preferred. Demonstrate an ability to work with numbers. Have excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills. Be dependable and have a drive to succeed. Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Be able to work quickly and accurately in an online/digital environment. Be able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
