With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with employee benefit enrollments, guiding employees through offerings and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and smooth onboarding processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for client benefit-related inquiries, proactively resolving service issues and troubleshooting claims, billing, or carrier concerns.
- Coordinate annual plan renewals, review current coverage with clients, recommend adjustments based on evolving needs, and manage open enrollment processes.
- Ensure client compliance with benefits regulations such as ACA, HIPAA, and Utah mini-COBRA, while supporting required documentation and audit preparation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, proactive support, and tailored benefit recommendations that drive retention.
- Collaborate with brokers, HR consultants, and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and resolve issues efficiently throughout the policy year.
- Work directly with insurance carriers and vendors to address policy-related issues and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications such as Employee Benefits Specialist or Group Benefits Associate are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or client management, particularly with small employer groups.
- Solid understanding of group health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, including hands-on experience with renewals, enrollments, and resolving claims issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex benefits information to clients and team members.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Office with preferred experience using benefits management software; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary range is $60K to 75K per year.
