ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our healthcare team in Clyde, OH. As an APP at ProMedica, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional medical care services to our patients. • Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.

Physician Assistant: 

• Master�s?degree? 
• Must be licensed or license eligible in the state of Ohio
• Certificate of Authority to practice is required. 

Nurse Practitioner: 

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree
• Must be licensed or license eligible in the state?of Ohio.
