OVERVIEW Alera Group is looking for a Small Business Regional Leader - Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The Small Business Regional Leader at Alera Group is responsible for leading a small business service team over a specified geographical area and delivering on the overall execution of the vision for small business. The goal of this position is to create an aligned culture around consistent, sustained, and effective P&C operational policies and practices in support of short and long-term business plans - including operating and financial objectives for the region and the practice overall. This role also manages client care for a small book of business. RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or a related field • 10-15 years of related experience in P&C administration with a carrier, broker, or consulting firm with a strong history of client service • Experience leading and implementing new and improved P&C processes that include the development of measurable performance goals, metrics, and benchmarks • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • P&C broker's license required • Professional designations or certifications are preferred • Other BENEFITS This job is fully remote Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, generous paid time off and much more.
