OVERVIEW

Trimble-Batjer, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join one of our top producing Property & Casualty teams in San Antonio, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and nurture executive-level client relationships
Develop comprehensive client strategies aligned with their mission and vision
Coordinate service delivery across teams to maximize client satisfaction
Guide clients through products, processes, and services while managing timelines and action items
Lead communications for major account changes and participate in progress tracking meetings
Work collaboratively on program placement for new business and renewals
Support Production and Service Teams during sales and renewal processes
Resolve complex issues by providing solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and company standards
Implement strategic tools and resources to enhance client risk management

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of customer-facing professional experience with proven success and customer service excellence
Property & Casualty certifications preferred (CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU)
Strong knowledge of sales principles, business operations, and strategic planning
Proficient in MS Office Suite
EPIC experience preferred
Ability to travel to networking events, prospect meetings, and client locations
