Job Description As a valued colleague on our Talent Enablement team, you will lead the execution of key elements of our talent management capabilities in support of Fannie Mae's Talent Strategy. You will apply critical thinking skills and your talent management subject matter knowledge and experience to help deliver talent solutions that enable our organizations, teams, and individuals to perform at their best. The Talent Enablement team is a small, agile team that is highly engaged and fosters a positive and energizing work environment of collaboration, openness, and empowerment. The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
