We are actively hiring for a Junior Cyber Risk Compliance Analyst. Join us and support CSAA IG in achieving our goals. Your Role: Supports the management of Information Technology-related risks to the company. Participates in implementing governance, risk and compliance processes for the IT organization. Your work: Conduct vendor risk assessments, reviewing vendor responses and evaluating security gaps. Coordinate with the Vendor Risk Assessment program, managing assessment reviews ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Support the Risk Advisory team, running Archer reports, tracking issues, remediation plans, and in coordination with Risk Advisors, ensuring issues are being addressed by appropriate IT teams. Participate in information security and risk management projects with staff from the IT organization and business unit teams. Update and distribute documentation for CSAA IG's identified IT risks and controls. Required Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience Five years Cybersecurity experience Five years 3rd party risk What would make us excited about you? However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $80,865.00-$119,800.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
