Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Print Shop Coordinator to join our Marketing team located at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA. The Print Shop Coordinator assists, facilitates, and filters the daily workload for all CCM Print Shop operations through various platforms and ordering service portals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary contact to start Print Shop production and fulfillment requests
  • Administers and initiates Print Shop sample inventory reordering processes
  • Collaborates and aligns with the Print Shop Supervisor to execute daily production tasks
  • Directs and assists internal and external customers to ensure order accuracy on various ordering platforms
  • Initiates sample reordering report and delegates Print Shop production responsibilities
  • Confidently applies CCM Print Shop procedures to specific project requirements and adheres to all shipping and regulatory compliance standards
  • Inputs various order entry requests for literature, samples, and apparel via the workflow software platform
  • Manages inventory levels and cycle counts by monitoring inventory counts via the workflow software platform
  • Compiles and disseminates monthly billing statements
  • Executes time-sensitive projects through collaboration with internal marketing teams for marketing events
  • Communicates with numerous department staff to facilitate and define project roles and responsibilities
  • Collaborates closely with the internal CCM Print Shop team; Print Shop Manager, Supervisor, and Warehouse Fulfillment Clerk
  • Provides support for digital print production with coordination of the Print Shop Manager
  • Provides support for warehouse fulfillment on an as-needed basis
  • Other duties, as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

  • Ability to make appropriate decisions to produce desired results within own area of responsibility
  • Operational knowledge of SAP workflow software platform
  • Capacity to navigate various digital ordering platforms
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Adept in multi-tasking skills and project management skills
  • Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage interactions between internal customers
  • Experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
