Primary Responsibilities Provide superior customer service and interact positively with donors and customers. Promptly returning calls from prospective donors and scheduling donation pick-ups. Assisting with direct "sales" calls to businesses and contractors in Chaffee County. Screening donations from individuals who want to donate materials Receiving donations from individuals at the designated drop-off site Creating efficient pick-up schedules and routes for the ReStore Truck Driver. Scheduling and coordinating pick-ups from the donor to CCHFH ReStore Making pick-ups to selected businesses and donors Follow all store policies and procedures. Secondary Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating the maintenance of the ReStore vehicles Ensure that all ReStore vehicles meet all CODOT regulations. Report on progress for quarterly reports and data as requested by management Compile all donation receipts to individual records Requisite Skills Able to work independently and under supervision. Experience with construction or building materials/hardware preferred. Routing/scheduling and/or logistics experience preferred Ability to project a friendly and positive image of Habitat for Humanity Comfort with making cold calls in person and by phone Attention to detail and able work with numbers. Knowledge of Habitat for Humanity - Chaffee County a plus Knowledge of fair market values of new and used building materials. Superior customer service skills. Able to supervise volunteers with a wide range of skills and abilities Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Office. Working knowledge of Chaffee County geographic area and roads. Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform heavy manual tasks, work standing or walking for a full work day, and be capable of performing outside duties under all weather conditions.
