Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dental Assistant, Part Time / Dental Clinic. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for providing optimal oral care for patients, including but not restricted to diagnostic images, assisting Dental Providers in all procedures, sterilization of instruments, secretarial and other dental clinic related duties. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify, you must have a High School or GED is required. Current NYS Dental Assistant license within two (2) years of Hire required (Hired on or after 01/01/14) OR Certified and Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) within two (2) years of Hire, required OR Certification from the Certification for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) within two (2) years of Hire (Hired on or after 01/01/14), required. (1) year Dental Assisting experience. Excellent communication (both oral and written), detail-oriented, organizational and, analytical skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel. Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years Article 28 Dental Assisting experience.
