Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager, Office of Professional Development - Grossman Long Island School of Medicine - Mineola. In this role, the successful manager plays a key leadership role in advancing institutional initiatives through strategic program development, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight. Reporting to a senior leader within the organization, the Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with institutional goals and priorities. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, project management, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making to ensure the success and sustainability of key initiatives. The Manager will collaborate across departments and with external partners to foster engagement, improve outcomes, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree In related field. 3-5 years Experience working in higher education, relationship management, community outreach, or relevant, related discipline. Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, organization, leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree In related field.
