Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has exciting opportunities for a Physical Security Specialist (Associate, Mid-Level or Senior) to join our teams located in Berkeley, MO and Mesa, AZ. These positions will require a Physical Security expert with a strong background in supporting construction projects for classified programs. The role requires developing ICD-705 compliant documents, including Fixed Facility Checklists (FFC), Construction Security Plans (CSP), and DCSA Forms 147, to support both Intelligence and DoD community customer bases. The successful candidate will be responsible for SCIF and SAPF construction and accreditation. This will involve creating plans for performing technical inspections and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and respond to Requests for Information. In addition, the candidate will conduct routine secure area construction project inspections to ensure quality assurance and compliance, as well as conduct STC testing to guarantee rated perimeters meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will possess the ability to obtain SCI access and undergo a polygraph exam. This position may be located on either 1st or 2nd shift based on business needs. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future. Key Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
