The F/A-18 Super Hornet Service Life Modification (SLM) program delivers critical new capabilities and additional service life to the US Navy. It includes extending the Super Hornet's service life to 10,000 hours, upgrading to the Block III cockpit, and an upgrade to core mission systems. These upgrades give the warfighter critical capabilities and keep the F/A-18 in active service for decades to come. This assignment will support the SLM Program as the Production Engineering Manager (Level K) and manage and lead a team of employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Manufacturing Engineering and Product Review Engineering in San Antonio, TX. Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
