Boeing has an exciting opportunity for Human Factor Engineers (Experienced or Lead) to join our Human Factors Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team in Long Beach, California. Working with interdisciplinary teams, this position will contribute to human engineering activities on the C-17 program including international and special operations customers. As a seasoned Human Engineer, this position will provide opportunities to advance your career while contributing to an exciting aerospace program. Position Responsibilities:

Typical Education / Experience: Mid-Level (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Lead (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
