The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a First-Line Manufacturing Manager to join the Air Dominance Operations team in the Advanced Composite Fabrication Center (ACFC) located in Mesa, AZ. This position will require strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively work with the build team to support various proprietary programs. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required. This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
