Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for Cost Recovery Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) (Level 3 or 4) to join the Contracts Enforcement team in Hazelwood, MO, Berkeley, MO, El Segundo, CA, Long Beach, CA, Seal Beach, CA, Seattle, WA, Tukwila, WA, Everett, WA, Huntsville, AL, Oklahoma City, OK, Ridley Park, PA, or Mesa, AZ The selected candidate will be a key member of the Contracts Enforcement team supporting Supply Chain in supplier cost recovery efforts related to supplier non-performance, including late delivery, or delivery of defective or nonconforming goods or services. The selected candidate will lead the development of cost recovery claims through contract review, data collection, analysis, development of claim packages, and support the Supply Chain team with negotiations as required. A qualified candidate will be able to engage and provide guidance to a cross-functional team to help develop cost recovery claim packages that quantify the impact of non-performance. The Analyst will utilize available data from contract documents, supplier communications, estimates, the manufacturing process, financial systems, and cost-models to develop a comprehensive summary of impacts that are packaged in a clear and concise manner to support accelerated settlement and recovery. The Analyst will also be expected to record and communicate cost recovery status through internal tools, metrics, and Supply Chain and leadership meetings. Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
