Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Fighter/Attack Aircrew Training Specialist to support Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Air Dominance\\Phantom Works, Air Proprietary 1 (AP1) Program. We are seeking a highly skilled Fighter/Attack Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience in high-performance 4th and/or 5th generation fighter aircraft. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative technical learning solutions tailored for aircrews. This role requires a deep understanding of complex aircrew learning objectives, course structure, content, and methodologies. The SME will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective learning solutions to meet customer aircrew training requirements, instructing advanced training courses, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs based on customer feedback and operational outcomes. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options:
