Boing Global Services Training Solutions is seeking a Simulator Project Management Specialist in Miami, FL. This is an onsite position. In this role you will oversee simulator projects, including device relocations, upgrades, modifications, and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management methodologies and will serve as the primary contact for stakeholders to align project objectives with their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Solid understanding of simulator technologies
  • Strong communication skills will serve as primary contact for stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Lead cross-organizational project phases, adhering to PMBOK standards
  • Implement and enhance project control systems and management processes ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop project schedules and plans, including system analysis and training requirements
  • Conduct in-depth project analysis, documenting lessons learned for future projects and effective decision making


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5 + years' related work experience in simulator maintenance, design and/or development
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of Boeing and Commercial Training Solutions products & services
  • Experience advancing projects in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to travel to support business and team requirements 25% or occasional as required


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred

Summary Pay Range: 87,550 - 118,450
