Boeing's Space Mission Systems (SMS) Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) capability is seeking a Front-Line Flight Engineering Manager to provide day-to-day leadership for a functional organization with 20+ staff performing spacecraft Guidance, Navigation & Control (GN&C) subsystem engineering in El Segundo, CA. This functional manager will be responsible for setting the strategy and vision as well as developing implementation plans to provide the people, processes, and tools to execute GN&C engineering work scope for our El Segundo spacecraft business.
