Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a 737 Flight Training Development Specialist. The Training Systems Integrator will be a 737 Flight Training Development Subject Matter Expert, who leads in identifying customer technical training needs and requirements and develops flight training curriculum for Boeing commercial airplanes. In this role, you will lead in evaluating and determining training objectives, content, design, and technologies. Prepares briefing/debriefing presentations, lesson plans, and training manuals for type, recurrent, differences, and specialty training for Boeing internal and external customer use. This Training Systems Integrator leads a team responsible for research, design and development of technical training. Included in this role is the opportunity to develop and provide recommendations on training standards and specifications. You will have the opportunity to travel internationally to participate in tryouts of draft training curriculum in simulator devices. This is not a flying position. Position Responsibilities
