BDS Electrical Capability is looking for a Senior Staff Analyst - Electrical Capability to join the Electrical Capability organization based out of either San Antonio, Texas or Ridley Park, PA.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. This position's responsibilities are focused on advancing the BDS Electrical Capability initiatives. This position will project manage multiple initiatives, track budgets, schedules and performance metrics. This position provides periodic updates to Boeing executive management in the form of progress reports, project summaries, and other related documents. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating regularly with experts in Boeing organizations around the world.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Leads the development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
  • Develops executive level briefings
  • Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Leads the development and maintenance of the IxD and IED project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training
  • Clearly communicates with senior executives


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Level 4- Bachelor +10 years' or Master+8 years' or 14 years' experience. (equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • 5+ years' experience facilitating the meetings and presenting to senior leaders.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with schedule and budget management, integration of all logistics elements, customer communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and baseline requirements are met
  • Ability to clearly communicate at the Senior Executive Level.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Level 4): $100,300 - $135,700
