Position Overview The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an analytical, organized, and dynamic individual to serve as Business Operations Manager in the Office of Caregiver and Parent Support. Under administrative direction of the Associate Deputy Director of Caregiver and Parent Support, this position will coordinate, plan, monitor, and manage the office's contract, fiscal, and budgetary monitoring operations in accordance with Department policies. T he position will lead the review of contractor compliance with the technical, budgetary, and program requirements of the contracts consistent with approved budgets, spend plans, decision memoranda, and program plans. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and focused on ensuring the Department receives the greatest value for its contract expenditures.
